🚨 Mandatory Project Surcharges & Adjustments
- Exposed Foundations / Walk-Out Basements: An automatic operational surcharge ranging from +$100.00 to +$150.00 applies per 50-foot segment to account for extended vertical reach requirements.
- Delicate or Historic Siding Premium: A mandatory handling and liability coverage fee of +$100.00 applies directly to heavily aged siding variants or painted wood exterior surfaces that require manual low-pressure isolation protocols.
- Extended Mobilization Surcharge: Service dispatches requested outside our standard 25-mile operational travel radius centered out of Peekskill, NY will incur a standard charge of +$1.50 per mile (calculated one-way).
🔒 System Requirements, Exclusions & Liability Limits
- On-Site Utility Dependency: All cleaning procedures rely completely on the client providing a functional on-site commercial or residential water supply. External connections, frost-free valves, and spigots must be fully pressurized, functional, and accessible before our service team arrives.
- Explicit Service Exclusions: Due to operational design limits and strict technical equipment configurations, Westchester Grime Stoppers does NOT offer interior gutter debris cleanouts, roof wash services, or heavy commercial petroleum/rust stain mitigation procedures.
- Liability Limitations: Westchester Grime Stoppers and its parent entity, Klean Industries LLC, stand completely exempt from operational liability regarding interior water leaks, paint peeling, or finish failure stemming directly from pre-existing structural wear, unsealed windows, dry-rotted wood framing, compromised siding panels, or degraded paint coats.
